The Hux is our premium deli-bar outlet offering artisanal coffee and homemade cakes & snacks.
Opening Hours (Semester 1 - from 5th September):
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
- Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm
The Hux can be found in the main atrium space.
The Hux serves barista style coffee from local roastery Modern Standard along with soups, your favourite homemade scones & cakes and an artisan deli bar. Full menu details are below.
Modern Standard is our chosen premium coffee supplier for The Hux and is a local Fife based company where one of our very own Gastronomy students is the Sales & Operations Manager. We will be serving barista made coffee here along with a variety of soups, homemade scones and muffins and an artisan deli bar.
